ARLINGTON, Va. (AP) — A U.S. Marine is accused of killing his wife following a military ball in Virginia.The Free Lance-Star reports 24-year-old Rodolfo Rivera Valencia is charged with murder in the November death of 20-year-old Natasha Soto Rivera. She was found dead at an Arlington hotel the morning after the ball.Court records say Soto Rivera also was a Marine, and the recently married couple had an infant child.
